We may automatically collect certain technical information, including device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and general usage patterns (e.g., feature usage frequency, session duration).

1.4 Analytics Data

We use Amplitude, a third-party analytics platform, to collect anonymized usage and behavioral data such as feature interactions, session frequency, and engagement patterns. This data helps us understand how users interact with the App so we can improve its features and user experience. Amplitude does not receive any personally identifiable health data.

1.5 Crash and Performance Data

We use Sentry, a third-party error tracking service, to collect crash reports, error logs, and performance data. This information helps us identify and fix bugs and improve the App’s stability. Sentry may receive technical data such as device type, operating system version, app state at the time of an error, and stack traces. No personal health or check-in data is included in crash reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Apple Health (HealthKit) Data

We treat data obtained through Apple HealthKit with special care in accordance with Apple’s guidelines:

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Health and wellness data is primarily stored locally on your device. If any data is transmitted to our servers, it is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Amplitude (Analytics)

We use Amplitude to collect anonymized analytics data about how the App is used. This helps us make data-driven decisions to improve the App. Amplitude receives only non-identifiable usage data (e.g., feature engagement, session metrics) and does not have access to your health data, check-in content, or personal account information. You can learn more about Amplitude’s data practices in their privacy policy at https://amplitude.com/privacy.

5.2 Sentry (Error Tracking)

We use Sentry to monitor the App’s performance and track errors and crashes in real time. Sentry receives technical diagnostic data (such as stack traces, device model, OS version, and app state) but does not receive your personal health data, check-in content, or account information. You can learn more about Sentry’s data practices in their privacy policy at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

5.3 AI-Powered Well-Being Analysis

All data sent to these services is fully anonymized — it contains no personally identifiable information such as your name, email, device ID, or account details. The anonymized data is used solely to provide you with wellness trend analysis and personalized insights within the App.

These third-party AI providers process data in accordance with their own privacy and data handling policies. We select providers that offer appropriate data protection commitments, and we ensure that no data sent to them can be traced back to you as an individual.
